Previous owner's name/address on front paste. Age-toning to text margins, else internally clean. Text block is sound. Dust jacket is soiled overall. Spine and edges are sunned. Chipping across edges at head and tail of jacket spine. Loss on fore-edge corners from rubs. Back fore-edge fold has a 3/4" closed vertical tear along the fold; front spine fold has a 1 3/8" closed vertical tear along the fold at the front spine corner. A number of small chips along the upper edge of front jacket panel. All inside flap corners have small uniform clips, the price of $3.00 is intact in the lower corner of front flap.
