Description: SimEarth: The Living Planet is a simulation game released for PC originally release in 1990 by Maxis. The game allows players to create and manage their own planet, making decisions that affect the planet's environment and evolution. This version is a rarer variant published in 1994 which comes in a big box and includes all paperwork, including all registration cards, the game manual, a Maxis product catalog and 2 3.5” Floppy discs. This later version excludes the 5” floppies that were included in earlier versions. This is due to the waning popularity of that format. Please see the label at the bottom left of the box explaining this difference. Also, the last photo shows a ding on the front of the box, so making sure it is a known condition.
