Towle & Son Co. (1857-1902) originated from a historic Massachusetts silversmith legacy. They produced high-quality silver items like flatware and decorative objects, known for intricate designs. The company eventually transitioned from coin silver to more affordable silverplate. This spoon is in excellent antique condition with very little wear or use marks. It is just shy of 9" in length and the bowl has a width of about 2 5/8". Please contact me if you have any questions.
