We are @textiletrunk Absolutely STUNNING ~ Indienne designs are some of my very favorites and this design in particular is just amazing! ( please see my other textiles for the matching panel , just search my store for " teal Indienne " The large scale design is beautifully spaced and the colors are divine!! Tis curtain is French and I date it to somewhere in the 1960-1970ss range. The fabric is SILK ~ its a wonderful nubby silk , woven with uneven diameter , its just Gorgeous! ~ this curtain is backed in natural cotton. This curtain would have once hung by rings ~ the colors include : Chocolate brown ground, dark and pale teal, peachy pink, gold and gray ~ One of my favorite vintage curtains, French style at its best! ~*~ This lovely textile measures approximately : 96 inches long by 113 inches wide at the bottom! SO much fabric ~*~ the top, where it is pleated it measures 64 inches CONDITION : This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition and can be dry cleaned. The backing has some pale marks and along the right facing side there is some sun damage, gentle fading and some small tears on the side edge from sun damage~ but generally this textile is in wonderful condition indeed!
