The record itself is in Near Mint (NM) condition and plays through perfectly on both sides - I confirmed this myself. The cover is original, with the gold promo stamp on the front bottom center and a dedicated message and autograph/signature from Bianca herself. It is in Excellent (EX) condition, with minimal wear and tear, particularly on/around the corners (see photos). Inner sleeve is a generic clear sleeve and is in Excellent (EX) condition.
