It allowed the Samurai to use distance as an advantage in battle. This Yari is 3 sided (seisankaku) with bo hi. Cutting Edge: 38 cm (15") It is signed _Yoshi and will paper. It is as shown; healthy with no fatal flaws. No pole, or scabbard. It is out of polish, but is a great candidate for restoration. Omi Yari are highly valued by nihonto collectors.
