Dielectric Coated Dielectric coatings are thin layers of coatings applied to prisms and arranged in sequence so most of the light is reflected for increased light transmission. Twist Up / Down Eyecups Twist-up and twist-down eyecups are standard on all SII Blue Sky models. Simply twist-down for eyeglass wearers and twist-up for non-eyeglass wearers for perfect eye relief.
