Description: Sight and Sound - June 1950 Published by The British Film Institute, Sight and Sound was issued quarterly from 1934 to 1991, when it switched to monthly. Included here is the June-Sept 1950 issue. This issue is 8-1/2" X 10-3/4", and is 40 pages. This is not a library discard copy. There is some writing on the front cover at the top left corner - see photos. There is a 1 inch tear on the right edge of the magazine - affects the first 15 pages - see photos. Crease mark to the bottom right corner of the cover, and most of the text pages are worn at that bottom right corner. Some rubbing wear to the cover too. No former ownership marks, no writing on the text pages besides that area of writing on the front cover. Binding is "Saddle-Stitch" - two staples in the center - binding is tight and all text pages are intact. The 'Contents' page is included in the attached photos - highlights include....
