Description: I am pretty sure this is a Robeson set of vintage stag/antler kitchen carving set. The knife is engraved "SurEdge Carbon Steel Chromium Plate" and SurEdge is a Robeson term although I can't find Robeson engraved on the set. The knife set and oak box it comes in are in good condition and the knife has quite a bit of scratches on the surface and needs a good sharpening. The set is quite heavy and seems to be good quality. Please check out the pictures and you be the judge as to the condition and manufacture. I am not a knife expert and make no promises about the set. Ask questions.
