I put it through my parts cleaner for 15 minutes to clean off as much dirt and grease as possible, and this is what I get. If you are not satisfied, you need to take it apart to clean more. All joints and bearings need re-greasing/lubrication for proper operation. Please see pictures for its surface / rust condition. There might be something that does not matter to me, but matters to you.
