Description: Sherratt & Simpson Resin Crafted Figurine #55088 "Pair of Beagles on Rock Scene" Retired Sherratt & Simpson Pair of hand painted Beagles on rocks Sherratt & Simpson were based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire an English company, they sold their first figures in 1985' crafted the original design and moulds from which this sculpture is made. From that time until they ceased operations in August 2001 they produced a large line of highly detailed high quality hand painted cold cast resin figurines of cats, dogs, mice and other wildlife. In October 2001 Country Artists, located in the historic market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, England, acquired all of the Sherratt & Simpson moulds and set about to re-introduce the product line to the collecting public. Previous owners Mick Simpson (sculptor) and Geoff Sherratt (marketer) were the makers of this figurine A GREAT addition for your collection!!!
