You can see the bleeding & feathering slightly at the edges which indicates water based paint. Done on a gray watercolor paper. No pixels under the loope. Framed under glass with a rustic wood frame (accented with white accent paint strip) & marbleized patterned gold highlight. The mat is textured burlap in a neutral color to accent the picture. No mildew, water damage or issues, color is bright. However...the paper dust barrier backing, has a large tear in the center as shown. Wood frame has random indents and nicks (one more prominent at the bottom edge), wear to the corners from use and storage over the years. (please see close-ups since they are also part of my description). It measures approximately 23" x 17" including frame. Dollar bill used only for size reference. Not dated age unknown. (but has age to it).
