Can be used with stock Sherline 3/4"-16 threaded chucks using Sherline part # 1066 1/2" chuck collet adapter. Entire setup complete with ER20A collet nut, 12 new sae inch collets (1/8"-1/2" x32nds), precision alignment key, and mounting bolts as pictured. Casing from a used headstock that was rebuilt using a new precision-ground extra long ER20 spindle w/over 1/2" through hole, brand new ABEC5/P5/C5 precision bearings, and brand new lock-collar and shims housed inside the custom 2-step pulley. Headstock has much better runout/accuracy than a factory Sherline Mt1 Headstock at .0015" as pictured on the ER inner grind measurement. Sold as-is, will combine shipping and ship overboxed!
