Description: Beautiful Vintage Sheaffer Targa Slimline Fountain Pen in the Tulle pattern, Model 679s with production beginning in 1989. This Sheaffer Targa is solid brass w/black laque’ finish and brass net pattern, fully lacquered & highlighted in 23-carat gold electroplated trim. It is fitted with a 14K gold hand-set, inlaid nib that’s marked 14K SHEAFFER U.S.A. 585. Included Paperwork is stamped showing it was originally purchased at “HARRODS LTD, PEN DEPT 682, on 22/11/89, LONDON, S.W.I” Presented in original black hinged box w/Sheaffer White Dot Logo and includes 2 black Skrip ink cartridges in sealed wrapper (unsure if ink is still useable). This fountain pen can be used w/both ink cartridges or bottled ink, however, there is NO converter included. This fountain pen has not been used, was never inked and remains in excellent, like new condition. There is no damage, dents, or wear to the finish. The cap fits securely to the barrel.
