Description: This is a Lionel 8380 Lionel Lines SD28. It looks sharp and comes with the original box, but it has a problem. When I got it had no armature. The e-unit seems to work. The headlight works. The gears all look just fine. Just missing the armature. The gears and wheels in the motor truck roll, so it could be a dummy unit. It comes with all of the parts shown. So it’s a pretty nice dummy unit with a headlight until the motor truck issue is resolved. It doesn’t look like there are problems with what’s here. I’ve tried to show the gears in the power truck. The teeth look fine. The body shell and frame with the trucks all look great. The horn is missing from the roof of the cab. I’m selling this in as-is condition. It needs some parts and TLC from someone handy to tinker around. No international shipping please.
