A graded SGC VG 3 - 1952 Topps rookie card of Hall of Famer Orestes "Minnie" Minoso of the Chicago White Sox. This example has bold printing, good focus, excellent color and bright borders. The corners are consistent with those found on most VGEX examples, with the exception of less wear on the lower left corner. The printing is shifted to the top and left edges, but the card still displays fairly well. There is a very light diagonal surface crease (approx. 1/2" long) on the border near the upper right corner. There is another very light diagonal surface crease (approx. 1/4" long) near the upper left portion of the photo that can be seen when the card is tilted to the light. Neither of the surface creases on the front go through to the back. On the back of the card, there is also a very light diagonal surface crease (approx. 1" long) that extends from the edge through the letter "S" in the player's last name to the word "BATS" in the biography area. Otherwise, the card appears to be free of any other creasing. The back is clean with bold printing.
