Description: Description: As scanTwo different printings of Y1675 9p with HIGH and LOW value settings in mint condition. The pale orange high value from 2004/05 being reasonably scarce and hard to get in mint condition. The deep orange from 2008 with low set value more commonly found. Several printings were issued between 2004-08 of which only the 04 and 05 printings had the high value setting. The price reflects the scarcity of the earlier 'pale orange high set' version.
