Description: Set of 6 Chamberlains Worcester Cobalt Blue & Orange Floral 10 Inch Plates Pretty set of 6 porcelain scalloped edge dinner plates. Each plate is nicely decorated with hand colored flowers in cobalt blue, blue, and orange, with green leaves and gold gilt highlights. These have an impressed Chamberlains mark on the bottom. This mark was used by Chamberlain's Worcester between 1847 and 1850. These all have some wear to the floral decoration and heavy usage wear consistent with age. Three of the plates have overall crazing. One of the plates has a large chip to the back edge and one has a very small flake to the back edge. Otherwise good condition with no additional chips or cracks. Each plate measures approximately 10 inches wide. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces.
