The bindings are much darker and richer looking than shown in the pictures. The first picture depicts the color better. All volume's bindings are in good to near fine condition with some edge or shelf wear. Bright dark blue covered boards with no lettering or inscription, nor spots or soil of any kind on the fronts and backs. The spines are printed in gold that is showing fading. They show wear at the top and a bit at the bottom. Pages show light discoloring but are in excellent condition. There are no owner names or writing of any kind in any of the volumes.
