Description: This listing is for a beautiful and Vintage Set of 4 Fostoria 6oz Low Sundae’s. They were made by Fostoria in their American Pattern. Fostoria’s American pattern or Line Number 2056, was their most successful pattern, produced continuously from its introduction in 1915 until the Moundsville, West Virginia, plant closed in 1986. The Sundae Dishes are 3 1/8” tall X 4” diameter across the flared top with a 3/4” Sexagon Stem setting on a 2 1/2” diameter slightly concave base foot.. Black Light Tested Yellow. All are in Excellent Condition. No chips, cracks, scratches, stains or signs of use. Listed as Goblet, #2056, 6oz, Low ftd, Sundae, 3 1/8” H. on page 8 of Elegant Glassware of The Depression Era, Eighth Edition by Gene Florence. Please see attached pictures for details.
