Description: Heritage Mint marketed Reed & Barton Old English Hammered silverware from 1986 to 1990. This line was part of a collaboration between Heritage Mint and Reed & Barton, known for their high-quality craftsmanship and distinctive brilliant hammered finish, even proportions for a comfortable balance in hand. The deeply serrated blades provide a superior cutting edge. Quality from the late 80s without short cuts (pun!) These were stored, unused, in the original sealed heavy plastic pouch, for thirty-six years. The pouch had yellowed and withered from the attic heat and was too unsightly to retain. However, it served to keep this set in pristine condition! Each piece has been carefully inspected for any signs of wear. ( I use 10X magnification.) They are in brand new, unused and 1st quality condition. No scratches, discolorations or imperfections whatsoever. I will pack each piece individually in tissue paper prior to boxing for safe shipment. There are EIGHT NEW, UNUSED, PERFECT KNIVES IN THE SET. They are a great buy! Thanks so much for your patronage!
