Write the RMA tracking number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product, freight charges prepaid, to Expedited Parts Inc. Products purchased through online part stores and auctions (this does not apply to purchases made directly from Expedited Parts) are eligible for that vendors warranty coverage only and you must deal with that vendor for any and all warranty or return issues.
