Description: Set of 3 - LeRoy Schmaltz? Carved Tiki and Moai Heads Details This listing is for all three carvings. All three are unsigned, but bear striking similarities to the work of the late Leroy Schmaltz. Please use the images and ask any questions to confirm origin of these special pieces! Highly skilled carving accomplished on tropical wood (Acacia, Teak?) logs measuring approximately 6" in diameter. The Tiki head log is approximately 24" high, while the two "face" logs are both 18" high. All three are fairly heavy and have a wood density similar to higher grade tropical woods, such as Teak.Condition: Light Patina from outdoor exposures as well as some natural cracks along the grain lines (NON STRUCTURAL). Unmarked, but these bear all the similarities to those made by the famed Tiki carver, LeRoy Schmaltz.
