Description: Pair of TWO sweet ceramic vintage Italian baking dishes from the 1960s made by Ceramiche Alfa in Italy. Beautiful red glaze on white, these pieces are in great condition without chips, cracks or repairs. They are handmade so any imperfections you see are original to the design. There seems to be one spot on a rim where additional color was added but this is glazed over and original to the design. Both are stamped on the unglazed bottom. One stamp is lighter than the other. The glazes have different color variations, adding to the perfection of a hand made item. Please see the many detailed photos which also feature the dimensions. They are approx 8.5 in width including the handles. The interior width is approx 7”. Interior depth is approx 1 1/2” and exterior depth approx 1 3/4”. These features handles for ease in carrying your culinary masterpiece! You will see many modern knock offs of this pattern and design, but these are original.
