It is in good condition with quite a bit of discoloration to the front and back covers (though my camera's flash overstates that actual discoloration by quite a bit). There is also a very tiny tear to the front cover along the top edge above the "T" in PENTHOUSE. Light creasing (actually just strong bending) to the back cover.All pages (including the centerfold) are present.
