Description: This listing is for the - KK4HXJ - Custom Replacement Test Lead Set for the: Sencore SG165 AM-FM Stereo Analyzer This set is the result of significant research and preparation - these are built to order and require many components and substantial time to assemble - I now have many, many satisfied customers using this set including myself! The set includes 2 Test Leads: 1 39G43 Matching Pad (in a Custom 3d Printed enclosure with BNC Connector) & 1 39G45 Demodulator Probe (in a Commercial enclosure RCA Connector) The leads are constructed from High Quality RG59 (i.e.75 ohm) Cable with Factory installed BNC and RCA Connectors, Genuine Mueller BU-60 Clips and boots, Flexible Silicone wire & all components are soldered and sealed inside plastic housing with proper strain relief and Hot Glue Both probes are labeled appropriately All Connection wires are 20 Gauge Silicon Wires All Alligator Clips are Genuine Mueller Clips and Boots The Components are all wired point to point ( really they are kind of just jammed together just like the originals - see photos for construction details) I utilize 2 SC Brand (High Quality Taiwanese) axial non-polar 47uF 250v caps in series to replace the 20uF 400v Capacitor in the Matching pad (these were hard to locate - but come close to the factory supplied unit while retaining the voltage rating) Wire tie strain reliefs and hot glue are applied inside the housings as needed Please review the photos supplied in the listing for construction details I have shipped these probes and kits to several dozen countries and have received nothing but praise for bot the kits and probes, I think you too will be pleased with this simple and durable set to get that old meter back in service!
