Page between front free endpaper and Title page appears to be missing. Split at the top between Title page and its opposing page. Appox. 2" long tear at the top on Title page and first page. Last page is loose, but still present (see picture). Tree cutout glued to the front free endpaper. Not sure if it is an original or if it was added later. Pencil writing on the back of front free endpaper and on the rear paste down endpaper. Cloth covers and spine. Some curling and rubbing on the spine tops and bottom. All four cover corners are rubbed through and bumped. Please refer to pictures for more description and feel free to ask questions. This book is from the Estate of Joseph A. Sadony. Joseph Sadony is someone you should Google. He was a Friend of Teddy Roosevelt, Admiral Byrd, many Hollywood stars, Einstein, Ghandi and many others including royalty. He was psychic advisor to Chicago Police and wrote among other things "Gates of the Mind, the Proven Psychic Discoveries of Joseph Sadony". Joseph died in 1960 at 83 years of age and many of the books we are listing are from the 30,000 that were left in his estate.
