While the Alpinist Prospex line still exists, the 159 shown here (gradient black dial) has been discontinued. This is a sought after model often selling at or above MSRP on the secondary market since it’s discontinuation. A perfect 38mm watch with classic proportions and a modern movement with 70 hour power reserve, the baby Alpinist is one of Seiko’s best models.
