Description: Seal Sculpture designed by Antonio Da Ros. Mid-Century Cenedese sculpture done in soft rose with a encased deep blue bold colored cane, which seamlessly flows from its nose to its back flippers. Three purposely placed bubbles were created for the eyes and nose. The pontil was nicely dished and polished. Stands 7.5 inches tall and 6 inches across from right to left front flippers. Weighs 4.6 pounds. Label is long gone and there is no signature, though it’s a well documented piece in Murano glass books and Auction houses. There are No Chips or Cracks. There is normal wear on the lower base from being moved around for the last 50 plus years, otherwise in great condition.
