Next is the: Commonwealth of Virginia- Department of the State Corporation Commission- City of Richmond dated January 26th 1944 Then an amendment to the Articles of Association it’s 3 pages long and dated August 21st 1945 A blue page also from Virginia Dept. of the state Corp. Commission dated September 20th 1945 with different names than the first one. Then the most official paper with a blue raised seal. With a live signature of N. W. Atkinson clerk of the commission dated February 18th 1946 Last there is the back cover.
