Description: Schwinn Super Sport 1982 Vintage,15-speed. Chrome-moly 4130 frame with double butted top and down tubes and with Suntour Cyclone front and rear derailleurs. Original Owner. Excellent condition, low mileage, always kept meticulously maintained and clean throughout. Kept in clean storage. Bicycle has never been ridden in rain or stored outside. New tires, chain, seat, and brake pads. It also has new foam handlebar wrap matching the same type as delivered with this bicycle. Mechanical life/trip odometer included and mounted. Under seat bag also included. Minor scuff marks on sides of top tube (see photo). Built by original Schwinn company on 33rd day of 1981 (see 0331 code on front nameplate). S/N 1C00333 (stamped on bottom of crankshaft). Frame size is 25", which is appropriate for 5'10" - 6'4" height range. This bicycle is factory-configured as a touring bicycle and has front and rear racks for carrying large capacity traveling bags.
