SCHRADE EXTREME SURVIVAL KNIFE, This is the Big Boy of this series SCHF9 at 12 1/4" long Weighing 1lb 2oz. with sheath 1lb 5.2oz. With a 6 3/4" very sharp blade and a black Textured Rubber handle 5 3/4" long, Full Tang Construction Blade is made of 1095HC Stainless Steel with a Black Protective Coating. The Blade is 3/16" thick 1 1/4" wide with a superior blade edge, this knife has everything you would want. As of 5/1/23 this knife hit the discontinued list so once Schrade sells what they have left that will be the end of a great survival knife. Over the years we have sold allot of these knives and not one person returned one that is saying something. And for $67.44 you will have a very hard time finding better, their weight makes us ship them priority mail which is costly than put eBays fees on there's 20. to 25. dollars. Schrade doesn't give these to us so add the cost of the knife to the other fees and we aren't making all the much but you are getting a knife that will last you a lifetime even longer with a little care. This is a Full Tang Construction super strong, and has a superior blade edge, it is a tapper if you tap it you will be bleeding, that is a mighty sharp blade, and the blade is 1/4" thick has tooling where the thumb rest is for added grip (safety) plus molded finger grooves and finger guard and the spine runs up the center of the blade to the tip for added strength like this beast needs it. Model # SCHF9. I ask you to view the 12 pictures look at the size of the handle 5.5+ inches long 1" wide and 1" thick awesome, and has molded finger grooves and guard for total safety. You are looking at one of if not Schrade's strongest Bowie / Survival knives it was designed around safety yet there is nothing it can't do. The Handle is a Black textured Rubber Non-Slip which is also a super strong material that can't be broken, on each side of the handle there are 4- 5/8" star rivets holding it in place and it has a extended tang that is a lanyard hole / tie down which it comes with. The bottom of the handle has deep cut finger grooves and a finger guard on top is a tooled thumb rest to make this knife as safe and comfortable to work with.
