Description: For sale is my Schott x Context CXL 113 limited run leather motorcycle jacket in natural chromexcel Horween horsehide leather. It is amazing and has been worn sparingly among a rotation of jackets. size small, roughly measuring [inches]: Chest (pit-to-pit): 20 Hem/Waist: ~19 Sleeve length: 25 Shoulders: 17 Back length: 24.5 Here are measurements from the old Context website listing for sz small: Shoulders 16.0 Pit to pit 19.5 Sleeve length 25.0 Back length 25.0 I purchased this one from ebay, but it was sold to me by a fellow TFL forum member who purchased in turn there, see link below for the original listing: https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/schott-x-context-clothing-cxl-113-horween-natural-chromexcel-horsehide-leather-jacket-small.108894/ Per that listing, it's in good used condition. There was a throat latch that was very cleanly removed by the previous owner, see pictures. You'd never know it was there unless you saw another of these rare jackets. You can see it in the og listing for reference. Previous owner also removed sleeve lining, also cleanly (see pictures). Jacket is still comfy but something to note. Torso lining is original and in great shape. Besides that, the leather outer is in good condition with no obvious issues, just honest wear and patina. It hasn't darkened as much as other examples I've seen. It is a tank and has tons of life left. I myself love it but need a size up, so I'm actually working on buying another secondhand in a size larger because it's such a great jacket. Please review measurements and condition carefully before buying as returns are not accepted. From another lounger's description: "These were a limited-run collab between Schott and now-defunct Context Clothing out of Madison, WI back in 2014. Its a 1928H (Beck 333) made from natural Chromexcel, and about 100 units were produced in total over the course of two runs. " Original Retailer's Description: The CXL 113 is the product of a collaboration between Context and two legendary American manufacturers: Horween Tannery and Schott NYC. This classic D Pocket horsehide Perfecto jacket, is a tribute to the original Perfecto motorcycle jacket designed by Irving Schott in 1928. The jacket is made of Horween front quarter, top grain, natural Chromexel horsehide and is hand made in the Schott NYC factory in Union, New Jersey on turn of the century machines. Everything about this jacket is tops, and boy is it sturdy. Rarely are motorcycle jackets cut from natural Horween horsehide. Built to withstand centuries of abuse, natural Chromexcel requires no care and benefits from consistent wear.
