This is the only signed copy I was able to locate online~ great collectors item. Also included is a marketing/promotional letter for the book to a Principal Vice President of a large corporation in Virginia, signed by Susan David. I consider this book to be in overall very good pre-owned condition, with only minor shelf wear (slight crinkling) at the head and tail of the spine - both book and dust jacket. Otherwise, it appears to have clean, crisp pages and secure and square binding. The dust jacket has been fitted with a new Brodart clear mylar protector which is not permanently affixed and can be easily removed if desired.
