Description: Offered is an original World War Two production United States Military Issued sling manufactured for use with the M1 Garand infantry rifle. This olive drab sling is an M1942 sling and is has a correct flat buckle. It has the faint remains of the ink stamped maker marking and date. In all likelihood, the stamping was S.M. Co. with a 1944 date. The stamping is so faint, however, that I am pricing this and listing it as if it were unmarked. This sling is offered as pictured shows very little wear and no discernible staining. It has no rips, tears, or repairs. Original World War Two M1 Garand slings have become very difficult to come by. Repros and fakes dominate the market, and this one is 100% original. Overall, a scarce and desirable sling for your World War Two Garand. Domestic shipping only.
