These are 8.050" long, 5/16" diameter. 30% stronger than GM factory pushrods, designed for spring pressures up to 500 lbs. These are a good value compared to race pushrods costing $150 plus. These are heat treated for use with guide plates. Full set of 16 pushrods. 5/16 inch. These pushrods are for flat tappet and retro fit Hyd. roller cam installations.
