You will receive a code which will show you the status of your parcel once dispatched. For shipping in Europe this option aims to deliver within 3-5 working days, for the rest of the world this option aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. RETURNS POLICY: We accept returns if: 1) The product is faulty. You must let us know within 7 days of receiving the product(s). In this case, we will cover the return postage and issue a replacement or full refund, which ever you choose. 2) You change your mind. You must let us know within 7 days of receiving the product(s). In this case, you can return the product at your cost, for a refund for the product only (minus the postage). The refund will only be made once the product has been received back to us and checked for resalable condition. All products are checked before postage for any damages.
