Description: You are purchasing one plant of: Sarracenia moorei Leviathan single growth point large flowering size bareroot. This is a rhizome division of registered cultivar “Leviathan”. Record shows its pitchers could grow as tall as 4 feet(123cm). I could get them as tall as 100cm outdoors in a 10 inch pot. It probably needs even bigger pot and much warmer spring weather. Figure 5 and 6 show exact plant for sale. They were divided on July 17th, 2024. A new pitcher has developed. New roots also extended out of the bottom of pot. This plant has been overwintered naturally, it is cold tolerant and hardy. The plant will be shipped bare root wrapped in moist towel. Dry pitchers and leaves will be trimmed.
