Description: From an estate I am currently liquidating. I will be listing a bunch of locksmith items. Many are new but I'm not sure. In a attempt to help in this estate the neighbors emptied out all the boxes that had items in them, into buckets. So new was mixed with used mixed with whatever. So if you see a mistake, let me know. I'll do my best. I have this Sargent Mortise Lockset, for either an Office, Entry, etc. It has the number #8109 on the face plate. Measurements: Faceplate: 8" (L) x 1.25" Body: 6" (L) x 3.75" (D) Item is in good condition, only a few minor scratches on the face and body.
