Instead of 1oz for 5 gallons like the Star San, you need 2oz per 5 gallons for the Saniclean. Requires 2-3 minutes of contact time. The solution can remain viable for up to a week after mixing/using. Saniclean style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51)">is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic at these levels.
