Newsprint handbills were never meant to last, used primarily to promote the upcoming show by being stapled to event boards and telephone poles or handed out to the public in advance of a show. Very rare to find in any condition.From a collection of broadsheets, programs and other circus paper collectibles dating to the late 1800s / early 1900s.When properly preserved and framed, this would make an amazing display piece.The 4-page handbill measures approximately 14 x 20 inches when folded in half and when fully opened measures approximately 14 x 40 inches.FINE condition, minor hairline tears along the perimeter as seen in the listing photos, horizontal and vertical folds at center, chipping around the perimeter that does not enter the main subject matter of the handbill. - Please view listing photos to best view detail and condition.The handbill will be placed in a poly sleeve and shipped folded along the existing horizontal and vertical fold at center. It will then be loosely rolled and placed inside a new cardboard box.
