This fancy two gallon butter churn has a large cobalt blue decorated rooster on the front and a large 2 for the two gallon capacity. It has a nice lid up top that holds the wooden paddle for churning butter. This southern folk style butter churn measures 22" tall to the top of the wooden handle. The stoneware crock churn portion measures 13.25" tall by 9" wide. The side is stamped Wisconsin Pottery - Columbus, WI. The condition is nice and original on this Country style salt glaze butter churn. No signs of past use with the wooden churn. A great butter churn to compliment your country kitchen crock collection.
