Description: Sailor Moon two piece costume- includes top and skirt. The top can we worn strapless or with straps which are included (they are clear). There are also hooks to attach them. The top has velcro at the back and the skirt has a zipper. Also included are the striped sleeves/gloves with cute little stars at the side. There is a collar that attaches with hook and eye. All the other elements I'm not positive how or where they attach. I will leave that to you! TOP measures 32" at the top and 34" at the bottomSkirt measures 26" at waist, 36" at the hips and 12" in length The extra elements both have pins to attach them. There are also two bobby pins with circles and stars and a pink bow with a wheel in the center. I will ship as soon as I receive payment.
