Description: This listing is for a rare ceramic decanter set made in Russia, which bears the words Yephoe Mope (means Black Sea in Russian). The decanter itself is in the form of a ship's wheel. With the lid on it stands a whopping 13" tall. The matching cups have an embossed fouled anchor design on two sides, and they stand about 2 1/2" tall. The dark brown portions of this set are glazed, while the tan portions are unglazed bisque. No chips, cracks, or unusual wear on any of the pieces EXCEPT for a very small shallow glancing flea bite on the INSIDE rim of the decanter's lid. (See close up photo). Of course when the lid is in place, it cannot be seen. If you are a collector of unique vintage barware decanters or Russian Black Sea memorabilia, this rare set is a must-have for your collection!
