X 1.1 yds) Christmas Gift Tags are stickers. They come 20 to each package. There seem to be 8 on each sheet, but then 4 on the last sheet? I wish I could open a package to see the hidden 4. I wonder if they are different! These packages do not lay flat. Its like the plastic wrap is too tight. Also 2 of the packages have some yellowing on the top sheet.
