Description: This is a damaged tobacco jar that has been broken and repaired many years ago.It is from the Royal Doulton Galleons series from about 1886 and is portraying a number of 16th century sailing ships on the open seas.9" tall, with lid,and has seagull and clamshell transfers around the top of the Marcella tobacco jar with polychrome coloring.I have shown the damage to the inside of the recess of the top but it still displays well,no other issues.
