Description: I believe this lion is one of the earlier Mortens Studios creations, dating him to the late 1930s. The lion is in very good condition with no chips,cracks or repairs although there is an area on the top of his head that appears it is chipped but looks like this happened in the manufacturing as there is glaze over the spot ( shown in the last photo). There is also a glaze/paint chip on his nose. He measures approximately 6" long x 4.25" high. Please refer to the photos as they are part of the description. 53
