Description: Found at a local estate, here is an English bone china demitasse cup and saucer set by Royal Crown Derby in the Red Aves pattern. Cup is 2 1/4"" tall and saucer is 4 3/4". Such a beautiful pattern using Imari Rust color. Gold trim. Vibrant color and finish. Cup & saucer are scalloped. It's just perfect! Only used for display. The date mark is 1973. This is a discontinued pattern. I have 3 other Royal Crown Derby demiatasse cups and saucers, Kings Imari, Asian Rose and Old Imari, from this same estate.
