Description: I met Roy Purcell at a viewing in Las Vegas Nevada with several well known Southwest Artists at Goldwaters Southwest Shoppe.The gallery manager later took me to see the artist at his studio in Green Valley, NV where he had this incredible room size printing set up he designed and constructed. I saw an amazing collection of fantastic art. There he signed a copy of his latest book, THE WAYFARER published in 1984 and that volume is filled with incredible images, illustrations and is included with the purchase of this etching print. This framed piece is lovely but I've moved on from my southwest home and these items would do much better among those western artists of the times like Pena, Hartwig and Pic who seemed to be in every Las Vegas home in the day, the mid 1980's, they certainly were in mine.
