Description: Up for sale is a Roundhouse HO Gauge Undecorated Alco RS-3 Diesel Locomotive kit, Used. The locomotive is not fully assembled as it comes in the form of a kit with parts to assemble. The locomotive's plastic shell and chassis is green in color which appears to be close to Burlington Northern's cascade green. The kit comes in a box which appears to be the original box. The box contains two horn hook couplers as well as their associated coupler pockets (kit does not include screws for the coupler pockets). The kit does not include any hardware for a light function, and the shell lacks lenses for headlights. The kit does not contain any decals nor glass (plastic) for windows, but does contain the manufacturer's sheet illustrating what parts are included in the kit. Review of this sheet did not reveal evidence of parts missing from the kit. The locomotive motor unit operates on DC and has been tested to verify proper operation. The condition of the locomotive kit is Used - C-6 Very Good attributed to an open box with a few parts being removed from the manufacturer parts tree (please refer to the photographs).
